Elim Farms
The vision of living and working in the north of Ethiopia, in the Tigray region, was implemented at the end of 2015 by Josua and Heidi Gehrig with their four children together with local employees. They courageously drive forward the development of the agricultural project “Elim Farms plc."
After three intensive years of clearing, tilling fields, building wells, installing irrigation, sowing, building a processing hall and much more, valuable Moringa is already being harvested daily and gently processed. Since all the production steps from sowing to powder production are done under one roof, we can guarantee the highest organic quality. Initial laboratory reports on the leaves and seeds confirm this.
