The women's shelter, which is located directly next to the farm, helps women in need. There they are professionally looked after, find a new home and work in Moringa cultivation. After the rehabilitation phase, the women should be able to start an education and thus regain a foothold in society.
The local schools around Elim Farms; are repeatedly supported with materials. In this way, schooling can be maintained and the children have a chance of education.
Not only are jobs provided to the local population by Elim Farms, but also training positions where young farmers are trained and accompanied.
